Fees & Charges

Each call-out includes a service fee of $75 (inc. GST) per 30 minutes on-site plus a travel fee.
Service time is billed in 30-minute blocks (minimum 30 minutes).

• Travel fee: Varies by your location to cover round-trip travel time, mileage and fuel.
• After-hours & public holidays: Additional charges apply for call-outs outside 8:00 am–5:00 pm and on public holidays.
• Cancellations: If a call-out is cancelled while we’re en route, a cancellation fee may apply, based on the travel already undertaken.

Available 24/7 across Perth. As an owner-operated service, response times can vary if we’re attending another call-out.
